PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film for base material-less double-sided adhesive sheet which is suitable for, e.g., manufacturing a liquid crystal constituent member of a touch panel, a liquid crystal polarizing plate, a retardation plate and so forth, for manufacturing a PDP constituent member, manufacturing an organic EL constituent member, manufacturing various kinds of display constituent members, and for various kinds of optical applications, the adhesive sheet using the release film with very little oligomer deposition on the film surface, and including little foreign matter caused by the oligomer on the adhesive layer, when the base material-less double-sided adhesive sheet is used for optical applications.SOLUTION: The release film is attached to both surfaces of the adhesive layer in use. The release film is configured by sequentially laminating an anchor layer having a thickness of 8 to 120 nm and a release agent layer, on a biaxially oriented polyester film. The amount of oligomer on the surface of the release agent layer when heated at 180°C for 10 minutes is 2.0 mg/mor lower for the release film for base material-less double-sided adhesive sheet. |
