PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulating method which can always mold a raw material in a stable condition even though a water content in the raw material or a particle size distribution of the raw material and the like varies, when granulating the raw material for reduced iron and the like into a molded product by using a twin-roller molding machine.SOLUTION: This granulating method includes: predetermining a relationship between the water content in a mixture of the raw materials and molding pressure of the twin-roller molding machine; measuring the molding pressure during the molding operation; adjusting the water content to be added on the basis of the relationship between the water content and the molding pressure, when the measured value deviates from the appropriate range; and furthermore, adjusting a revolution speed of a screw and/or the molding pressure of the roller so as to be within the appropriate pressure range when the molding pressure deviates from the appropriate range. |
