PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of managing a control domain with which, while avoiding mutual influences between control domains, the number of management targets in the domains can be properly adjusted.SOLUTION: A control manager manages a control domain comprised of a plurality of access points (ACs) in accordance with a management method. The management method includes: when a weighting graph fluctuates which displays a weight indicating a level of interference between the plurality of ACs, comparing the number of access points which are included in the control domain and are to be managed (the number of management APs) with a lower limit value and an upper limit value; and performing domain coupling (step S5), domain boundary updating (step S7) and domain dividing (step S9) on the control domain in accordance with results of the comparison.
