FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: block of converters for converting a mechanical quantity in form of linear acceleration or angular velocity has six uniform mechanical quantity converters, for example accelerometres or angular velocity sensors, mounted on the base of a polyhedron. On each of the six faces of the polyhedron meant for mounting the mechanical quantity converters, there is one mechanical quantity converter and the measurement axis is directed towards the normal to that face. According to the invention, each mechanical quantity converter is mounted on one of the faces of a pair of faces from six pairs of faces of a dodecahedron parallel each other. ^ EFFECT: high reliability of converters for converting a mechanical quantity in form of linear acceleration or angular velocity. ^ 1 dwg |
