PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for checking correctness of pairing of moving object data.SOLUTION: After peak signals composing detection points of a stationary object are classified in a plurality of regions on a map, detection points of a detected moving object are classified on this map. In the case when corresponding positions of the detection points of the moving object lie in the regions where the number of the peak signals composing the detection points of the stationary object is a prescribed threshold or above, the detection points of the moving object are determined as specific detection points. According to this constitution, correctness of pairing processing of the detection points of the moving object data can be checked.
