PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain trap for a urinal which surely discharges sediment in urine.SOLUTION: The drain trap A for the urinal arranged on a lower end of a bowl face 2 of the urinal 1 includes: a body 10 having a retaining space 14 retaining urine U flowing down along the bowl face 2; a discharge port 30 discharging the urine U in the retaining space 14 out of the body 10; and a sealing water part 25 having the shape that a dip 26 at the lower end communicates with the bottom of the retaining space 14 and that a wear 28 on the upper end communicates with the discharge port 30, and serving as an upward flow passage 27 of the urine U when the urine U in the retaining space 14 is discharged. The upward flow passage 27 is formed into the cross sectional area perpendicular to the flowing direction of the urine U so that a rising speed of the urine U in the upward flow passage 27 in discharging of urine exceeds a settling speed of the sediment in the urine. |
