PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which restricts plug and play especially according to an energization state, and also to provide a lock control method, a program and a recording medium.SOLUTION: The information processor locks an insertion and extraction port of an IC (Integrated Circuit) card when power is supplied. Specifically, for example, the information processor is equipped with: a battery mounting means for mounting a battery; a first lock means in which the insertion and extraction port of the IC card is locked by the battery mounting; and a second lock means for locking the insertion and extraction port of the IC card when the power is supplied via an external power plug. |
