PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum porous body having a complex shape which has quick sinterability and high dimensional accuracy without employing metal stamping of aluminum powder which is difficult to be sintered.SOLUTION: There is provided an aluminum porous body having a relative density from 5 to 80% with respect to aluminum, in which the aluminum porous body contains 50 wt.% or more of aluminum (Al) and from 0.001 to 5 wt.% of at least one selected from Cl, Na, K, F, and Ba. It is preferred that the aluminum porous body further contains from 0.1 to 20 wt.% of at least one selected from C, SiC, FeO, FeO, and FeO. |
