PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which toner for lubricating is quickly and efficiently supplied to the end of a cleaning blade, and damage of a photoreceptor drum is prevented.SOLUTION: An exposure part is destaticized by exposing the outside in an axial direction of the photoreceptor drum in a reversal development system or by exposing a center side in the axial direction thereof in a normal development system, after supplying the toner for lubricating to the cleaning blade. As a result, since a potential difference is made on the photoreceptor drum, toner on the cleaning blade is conveyed toward the outside of the photoreceptor drum while receiving electrostatic force by electric field on the photoreceptor drum formed by exposure. Thus, the toner is quickly and efficiently conveyed to the end of the cleaning blade, and the damage of the photoreceptor drum is prevented. |
