PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device reduced in the generation amount of NOx by lowering a flame temperature of vaporizing premixed combustion.SOLUTION: The combustion device includes: a bottomed cylindrical vaporization cylinder 1 having a heating heater 2 and premixing vaporization gas and combustion air; a topped cylindrical burner head 6 burning premixed gas from the vaporization cylinder 1 by a plurality of burner ports 7, 8, 9 formed at the peripheral wall; and a burner head ring 12 covering the peripheral wall of the burner head 6 and returning vaporization heat back to the vaporization cylinder 1. A combustion catalyst 13 comprising an alumina carrier or constituted by supporting noble metal on a top of an alumina carrier is provided at a ceiling of the inner peripheral wall of the burner head 6. The combustion catalyst 13 releases heat by performing the catalyst combustion of part of the premixed gas and lowers the flame temperatures of the burner ports 7, 8, 9 so as to reduce the generation amount of NOx. Thus, eco-friendly, reliable and safe combustion can be achieved. |
