PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe sole which transmits a kick force generated by a toe to the ground when starting running instantly and minimizes the load on a foot sole when a foot kicks the ground and is landed.SOLUTION: The angle formed by a shoe sole 1, the top 3 of a toe and the ground is set in the range of 5-30 degree. At the position in the sole 1 corresponding to the sesamoid bone of the first metatarsal bone, an elastic plate 4 with 80-90 degree (JA type) measured by a durometer hardness meter is inserted. In addition, a cushion member 6 with 50-70 degree (JA type) measured by a durometer hardness meter having a protrusion 8 at the bottom is integrally laminated. |
