PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex utilization power generator utilizing waste heat from waste treatment and solar heat, which can stabilize power generation quantity by coping with variation of received heat quantity of the solar heat, when generating electricity by means of complex utilization of the waste heat from the waste treatment and the solar heat.SOLUTION: The power generator 1 includes: a waste treatment furnace 3 which treats wastes; a waste heat boiler 4 which recovers heat from exhaust gas in the waste treatment furnace 3; a solar energy collector 7 which receives sunlight to collect the solar heat; a solar heat using steam generator 8 which generates steam with the solar heat; a steam turbine 5 which generates electricity with steam generated in the waste heat boiler 4 and the steam generated by the solar heat using steam generator 8; a solar heat quantity estimating part 9 which estimates solar heat quantity based on information about a solar position; and a waste heat evaporation quantity controlling part 10 which corrects a target evaporation quantity in the waste heat boiler 4 based on the estimated solar heat quantity to control evaporation quantity in the waste heat boiler 4 based on the target evaporation quantity.
