<p>The present invention relates to an optimal customized negotiation auction method using a communication network in which a negotiation procedure for a successful bid between an auction operating server and auction participants terminal is performed on the basis of negotiation prices calculated in real time through a predetermined negotiation discount rate. According to the present invention, the optimal customized negotiation auction method relates to a method for providing, by an auction operating server, an auction to at least one auction participant terminal through a communication network, and comprises: step A1 of transmitting, by a terminal of a member wanting to participate in the auction, an auction participation request signal to the auction operating server before the beginning of the auction, before the beginning of the auction; step A2 of transmitting, by a terminal of a member having acquired an auction participation qualification, a negotiation request signal to the auction operating server when the auction begins, after the beginning of the auction; step A3 of extracting, by the auction operating server which has received the negotiation request signal from an auction participant terminal, a negotiation discount rate in a random way, discounting an auction starting price by the extracted discount rate, and transmitting the discounted price as a negotiation price to the auction participant terminal; step A4 of looking, by each participant terminal, at the negotiation price proposed by the auction operating server in step A3, and transmitting any one command of a successful bid determination command or a renegotiating command to the auction operating server; step A5 of either determining, by the auction operating server, an auction participant terminal having transmitted the successful bid determination command to be a successful bidder and terminating the auction when receiving the successful bid determination command from the auction participant terminal in step A4, or extracting an additional negotiation discount rate in a random way when receiving the renegotiating command in step A4, discounting the current negotiation price by the extracted negotiation discount rate, transmitting the discounted price as a new negotiation price to an auction participant terminal having requested the renegotiating, and returning to step A4.</p> |
