<p>The cage (10) has a connection element (20) oriented axially and placed in an axial edge (12) of the cage. The connection element has a maintaining structure (24) in which a connection is formed with another cage in a fixed position along an axial direction by cooperation of shapes of cages. The structure modifies axial distance (26) between the cage and another cage in discrete increment steps. The structure of the connection element has three maintaining elements (28) e.g. hook elements, formed to extend along a circumferential direction of the cage. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a bearing cage.</p> |
