PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a system for repaying a fixed amount of money to a purchaser by insurance, when seasonal merchandise has not been able to fully bring out its effects due to the fluctuation of a nature environment, wherein the identity in the distribution process of the merchandise itself is not determined.SOLUTION: A PL(Product Liability) insurance application criteria determination system using inked personal information imparts inked personal information (3) obtained by mixing personal information (2) of an insurance contractor (1) with ink to an article (7). The article (7) is treated as an insured article (7a) between the insurance contractor (1) and a PL insurance company (8). A computer (11) for certification in which its own storage part (9) stores the personal information (2) of the insurance contractor (1) determines the propriety of the inked personal information (3) by verifying the inked personal information (3) with the personal information (2) stored in the computer (11). When the determination is positive, the PL insurance company (8) pays an insurance money to the insurance contractor (1). |
