PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowing water detecting device which facilitates work of machining opening inside equipment.SOLUTION: A valve body 52 is formed with a vertically open internal flow path and a lateral opening 68 for machining, and a valve seat fitting hole 72, which faces upward at an angle, is formed by machining using a machining tool 100 passed at an angle from above through the opening 68 for machining to fit and fix the valve seat therein. A valve element is rotatably supported in the valve body 52, held in a closed position, which faces upward at an angle, while sitting on the valve seat in normal times and is rotated by a primary-side pressure to open when water flows. The opening 68 for machining is closed using a detachable door member. |
