PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat lift-up device and a lifting toilet seat, which are capable of preventing the rear upper surface of a toilet bowl body from easily be soiled and improving cleanability.SOLUTION: The toilet seat lift-up device 20 includes a lower plate 30, an upper plate 40, and a toilet seat fixture 50. The lower plate 30 includes a through-hole 31A and a first locking part 33 provided on a position shifted to one side in the front and back direction relative to the center in the front and back direction of the through-hole 31A, and is fixable to the upper surface of the toilet bowl body 1A, 1B by being reversed back to front without inverting upper and lower surfaces. The upper plate 40 is elevated and lowered relative to the lower plate 30 at a position displaced in the front and back direction corresponding to the first locking part 33 displaced in the front and back direction, and has a second locking part 43 to be locked to the first locking part 33 when lowered, and a toilet seat support member 13 is attached thereto. The toilet seat fixture 50 is attached at a position corresponding to the displacement in the front and back direction of the upper plate 40, is extended downwards, fixes the lower plate 30 to the upper surface of the toilet bowl body 1A, 1B, and is extendable in the vertical direction. |
