PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower part structure of a vehicle body rear part, for enhancing a degree of freedom of a part installing layout, facilitating part installing work, reducing vehicle weight, preventing generation of vibration and noise, and capable of supporting a part by a high rigidity structure, by a support structure of mainly using a panel member.SOLUTION: In this lower part structure of the vehicle body rear part 1, the rear edge of a rear floor 2 is bent and formed in a hat shape by projecting its vehicle width directional center downward, a joining flange 2f extending in the vertical direction is arranged on the rear edge of the rear floor, a back panel 4 extending in the vehicle width direction is arranged, the joining flange and the back panel are superposably arranged, the vehicle width directional center of the lower edge of the back panel is projectingly formed downward so as to have curved parts 4b, 4c, 4d and 4e corresponding to bending parts 2b, 2c, 2d and 2e of the rear edge of the rear floor, a part installing mounting bracket 6 is installed on a back face 4a of the back panel, and is superposably joined by three sheets by a superposing part 11 of the joining flange of the bending parts of the rear floor and the curved parts of the back panel. |
