PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable aqueous resin composition reducible of a film-forming aid and formable of a coating film excellent in various coating film properties such as appearance, hardness, glossiness, flexibility and solvent resistance.SOLUTION: The crosslinkable aqueous resin composition contains an aqueous resin dispersion (A) containing a resin part (A1) having a hydroxyl value of 10-200 mgKOH/g and an acid value of 8-50 mgKOH/g and an isocyanate compound (B). The resin part (A1) has a core/shell structure comprising a core part (A1α) obtained by emulsion polymerization in two or more steps and a shell part (A1β) containing a polymer comprising 12-50 mass% of a constitutional unit derived from a hydroxy group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer (a), 5-20 mass% of a constitutional unit derived from a carboxy group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer (b), and 30-83 mass% of a constitutional unit derived from another polymerizable monomer (c). |
