PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, an apparatus and a system for preparing a manufacturing lot, to improve overall productivity of the manufacturing lot while securing the quality of products.SOLUTION: The method for preparing the manufacturing lot includes: an information acquisition step S2 for acquiring manufacturing result information about the arrangement order, characteristics, defective rate, and production efficiency of a plurality of products manufactured in the past, and manufacturing schedule information about the arrangement order and characteristics of a plurality of products scheduled to be manufactured; a conditional result value calculation step S3 for calculating relation of characteristics among products continued in the production order and a result defective rate and result efficiency under the relation; a conditional expected value calculation step S4 for calculating an expected defective rate and expected efficiency under the relation of characteristics among products continued in the manufacturing schedule order on the basis of the result defective rate and the result efficiency; and a determination step S5 for determining whether the expected defective rate and the expected efficiency are settled in a predetermined range or not respectively. |
