PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decurl a laminate film in a short time.SOLUTION: A UV curable film on a support film is irradiated with UV rays. The laminate film 10 comprising a support layer 11 and a hard coat layer 12 is made by polymerizing a UV-curable agent. The laminate film 10 has a curling tendency with the hard coat layer 12 facing the inside (first curling). Water vapor is applied to an exposed part 11a of the support layer 11 to increase the temperature of the exposed part 11a to be higher than glass transition temperature and the temperature of the inside 11b to be lower than the glass transition temperature. First curling of the laminate film 10 becomes more remarkable. The support layer 11 having the exposed part 11a and the inside 11b in a predetermined state is cooled at a predetermined cooling speed. Internal stress to negate the 1st curling is generated between the exposed part 11a and the inside 11b. |
