PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the bearing seal structure of a developing device for an image-forming device for restraining the generation of the aggregate of a developer, and to provide a developing device and an image-forming device.SOLUTION: The bearing seal structure of a developing device for an image-forming device includes: a developer-transportation member 73 which is rotatably arranged with a rotating shaft 73a as a center, and has a developer transportation part 73b which transports a developer; a bearing 16 having a bear member 18 which rotatably supports the end of the rotating shaft of the developer transportation member 73 ; a first sealing material 20 which is arranged at the bearing 16, and has an elastic sealing lip which contacts with and seals the external peripheral face of the end of the rotating shaft of the developer transportation member 73 at the central side of the rotating shaft rather than the bearing member 18; a second sealing material 19 which is located at the central side of the rotating shaft rather than the first sealing material 20; and grease 26b which is provided between the first sealing material 20 and the second sealing material 19. The developer-transportation member 73 is provided with a flange 732 which is located at the side of the second sealing material 19 apart from the end of the direction of the rotating shaft of the developer transportation part. |
