A width direction position signal output part 19 outputs a position signal in which its value changes in response to a position of the endless belt 1 in a direction of width of the endless belt 1. A width direction position control part 2062 controls a position of the endless belt 1 in the direction of width of the endless belt 1. A process execution part 2074 performs a predetermined process using the signal outputted from the moving speed output part based on the position signal outputted from the width direction position signal output part 19.
