PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an accurate operation input for software setting.SOLUTION: An operation management body part 10 in an apparatus for managing operation content includes a GUI operation recording part 12 and an operation support part 11. The GUI operation recording part 12 detects an operation input with respect to an operation window of application software, and acquires the content of the operation input as operation event information. The operation support part 11, when the acquired operation event information does not coincide with the content of a procedure document, determines whether the operation event information is within an allowance or not, and when the content of the operation event information is within the allowance, performs control for permitting reception of the operation input, and when the content is beyond the allowance, outputs a warning message indicating that the operation content is improper, and generates a file including the content of the operation input to the operation window. |
