PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composite material which exhibits high strength not achieved by single carbon fiber reinforcement with respect to flexural strength in both 0° and 90° directions, and which is suitable for a structural material.SOLUTION: The hybrid carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composite material comprises based onf 100 pts.mass of a thermoplastic resin (A), 80-250 pts.mass of long carbon fibers (B) having a fiber diameter of 3-25 μm and a length of ≥20 mm, and 0.1-10 pts.mass of fine carbon fibers (C) having a fiber diameter of 0.5-20 nm and a length of 100-5,000 nm. In the hybrid carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composite material, it is preferable that the thermoplastic resin (A) is a polyamide resin and/or an acid modified polypropylene resin. In the hybrid carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composite material, it is more preferable that the fine carbon fibers (C) are carbon nanotubes and/or carbon nanofibers. |
