PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning light radiation device can radiate a beam for signs for surely guiding a helicopter for rescue to an emergency landing field, and can suitably being also used for a wide range of usage such as an emergency generation alarm light in case of making an evacuation order to neighborhood residents of a disaster-generated place, an evacuation light for residents to a safe evacuation area in a rescue effort, and a lighting lamp for illuminating a place of night work of disaster recovery.SOLUTION: The turning light radiation device includes: an outer package cylindrical body 4 with a light-front radiation port 7 opened at a cylindrical end part, and with a pair of light-side radiation ports 10A, 10B each communicated with either side part of the light-front radiation port 7 formed; a discharge lamp 21 built in the outer package cylindrical body 4; a rotation reflecting plate 8 having reflection surfaces 8a, 8b on either side, fitted in free rotation inside the outer package cylindrical body 4, and making a light-emitting beam of the discharge lamp 21 rotate in accompanying rotation by sequentially reflecting toward the light-side radiation port 10A, light-front radiation port 7, and the other light-side radiation port 10B, and an electric motor 32 continuously rotating and driving the rotation reflecting plate 8. |
