PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lens capable of leaving a molded article in a movable mold.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the lens (fθ lens 100) includes the first process of adjusting respective molds 200A and 200B by moving the movable mold 200B to a fixed mold 200A, the second process of casting a material into the cavities of the respective molds 200A and 200B and solidifying the same, and the third process of opening the mold 200 and taking out the lens by moving the movable mold 200B to the fixed mold 200A. In the manufacturing method there is used as the movable mold 200B a mold having a rib corresponding surface 220 corresponding to a rib 120 of the lens and the first corresponding surface 212 corresponding to one surface 112 of the lens, and there is used as the fixed mold 200A a mold having the second corresponding surface 211 corresponding to another surface 111 of the lens. |
