PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution type water-repellent which has a stain removing function for oil stain or the like deposited on the surface of glass and enables water-repellent film application work to be performed without necessitating a pretreatment step such as wiping off oily substances, and is compliant with the PFOS regulation and the VOC emission regulation.SOLUTION: The water-repellent having oil stain-removing function contains (A) 5-20 wt.% of a modified silicone oil covalently bonded with a silanol group exposed on the glass surface, (B) 1-10 wt.% of an abrasive, (C) 0.2-4 wt.% of fumed silica, (D) 10-40 wt.% of an alcohol, (E) an acid in an amount of 5-30 wt.% of the modified silicone oil, and (F) water for the rest. |
