PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a left-untaken customer's medium alert system and left-untaken customer's medium alert method, which are capable of promptly and reliably informing a customer walking away forgetting to take the customer's medium of the left-untaken customer's medium, such as an ejected cash card, transaction slip, bankbook and withdrawn cash, in a transaction using an automatic transaction device.SOLUTION: Two sets of gates communicable with the automatic transaction device are provided in a guide passage, to prevent the customer's medium from being left untaken. When the customer passes through a first gate forgetting to take the customer's medium, a warning beep is gone off, and further, when the customer passes through a second gate, the customer's medium is taken into the automatic transaction device. |
