The arrangement (20') has two optical elements e.g. lenses (1', 2'), with two refracting powers, respectively and rotatably arranged around an axis of rotation (4'), where a light aperture of the arrangement is uniform for different magnifications. One of the optical elements is not rotationally symmetric and has a part of the rotationally symmetrical optical element, where the part is arranged proximate to the axis of rotation. The part is formed as a distant part by maintaining uniformity of the light aperture of the arrangement for the magnifications.
