PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film that has a photoelectric conversion function featuring high carrier-generation efficiency and high carrier-mobility efficiency, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: Disclosed is the block copolymer composed of an electron-donating polymer chain and an electron-accepting polymer chain, wherein the electron-donating polymer chain or the electron-accepting polymer chain is bonded by a liquid crystalline molecule structure. The organic thin film, having a nano-phase separation structure to which the block copolymer is oriented, is used for a photoelectric conversion element and a solar cell to be provided. |
