PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switched capacitor device for suppressing loss in a process of transmitting electrical energy to a load.SOLUTION: The switched capacitor device includes: a DC power supply E; a capacitor C for receiving a DC power for charge and discharge; a switch Q1 for charge for controlling charge in the capacitor C; a switch Q2 for discharge for controlling discharge in the capacitor C; a control part 10 for executing charge control for charging capacitor C by turning on the switch Q1 for charge and turning off the switch Q2 for discharge and executing discharge control for discharging the capacitor C by turning off the switch Q1 for charge and turning on the switch Q2 for discharge; and a diode D1 and a diode D2. A discharge circuit for discharging the capacitor C is formed between one end of the capacitor C and the other end by connecting the switch Q2 for discharge, the load 2, and the diode D2 in series.
