PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which can improve properties in accordance with conditions between a terminal device and a base station.SOLUTION: If a reception timing difference between base stations 1, 2 is less than a length of a guard interval in the orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing, a controller 4 controls the base stations 1, 2 such that a radio communication is established in accordance with the multi-input/multi-output communication method between the base stations 1, 2 and a terminal device 3. Alternatively, if the reception timing difference is greater than or equal to the length of the guard interval, the controller 4 controls one of the base stations such that the radio communication is established in accordance with the multi-input/multi-output communication method between one of the base stations 1, 2 and the terminal device 3. According to the control by the controller 4, the base stations 1, 2 establish the radio communication in accordance with the multi-input/multi-output communication method with the terminal device 3. |
