PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely exclude a defective unit cell or battery module, when reconstructing a new packed battery by reusing the unit cell or battery module constituting an assembled battery (or a battery pack) reclaimed from a market.SOLUTION: The assembled battery is reclaimed from the market (S101), to be disassembled in every battery module (S102). A battery characteristic such as an open-circuit voltage (OCV) is sorted using an absolute acceptable range and a relative acceptable range (S103), and the new packed battery is rebuilt (S104). The relative acceptable range is an acceptable range set in each assembled battery, and is set using an average value of a battery characteristic distribution as the center. |
