EXTRACTION METHOD, EXTRACTION VESSEL FOR USE WITH THE SAME, EXTRACTION KIT AND VALVE EXPANSION MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which efficiently takes most of a precious sample into an extraction vessel without wasting when the sample is extracted from a collection section of a sampling rod.SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: collecting a sample using a sampling rod 10 formed of a rod body 11 and a collection section 12 attached to the rod body 11; inserting the sampling rod 10 into the extraction vessel (30 and 40); placing the rod body 11 in a gap 31a formed in a grappling hook section 31 which is disposed in an insertion path of the sampling rod 10, the gap 31a having a width L3 smaller than a diameter L1 of the collection section 12 and being capable of receiving the rod body 11; withdrawing the rod body 11 with the rod body 11 being placed in the gap 31a and detaching the collection section 12 from the rod body 11 by hooking the collection section 12 to the grappling hook section 31.
