PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board punching machine capable of enhancing working efficiency by reducing an air cut amount even at usual working and high accuracy working.SOLUTION: A ventilation hole 8 is arranged at a position where a space 31 and outside air are communicated with each other when a distal end of a tool 6 held on a spindle unit 1 positioned on a side closest to a workpiece 20 relative to a holder 2 is abutted on the upper surface of the workpiece 20. A plate-like shutter 50 is provided, which has, when the distal end of a pressure foot 7 is not abutted on the workpiece 20, one end positioned on an upper side from the lower end of the ventilation hole 8 opened to the outer surface of the pressure foot 7 when the distal end of the pressure foot 7 is not abutted on the workpiece 20 by a distance equal to a distance from the distal end of the pressure foot 7 when the distal end of the pressure foot 7 is not abutted on the workpiece 20 to a distal end of the tool 6 and the other end held on the holder 2.
