PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment capable of carrying out surely establishing a type of battery to be used in a simple structure.SOLUTION: A battery mounting part 20 wherein batteries 8A and 8B are mounted is provided with a switch to be inputted when a mounted battery is an alkaline battery, and a switch to be inputted when a mounted battery is a nickel-hydrogen battery. The switch is constructed of a slide switch having a sliding knob 31 and is structured so that a battery lid 22 may not be closed when the sliding knob 31 is at a central position and the battery lid may be closed when the sliding knob is at a position where the sliding knob is at the position where the type of the battery is established. In this structure, since the battery lid is not closed when a type establishment of a battery is not carried out, the type establishment of a battery is carried out by all means. |
