PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately and stably perform temperature control to maintain a temperature of a freeboard part at a high temperature while a temperature of a sand layer part at a fixed temperature.SOLUTION: Control input of respective temperatures of a freeboard intermediate part 3, a freeboard upper part 4 and the sand layer part 5, sludge property information detected by a sludge property detector 8, an oxygen concentration detected by an oxygen concentration detector 29, a flow rate of fuel 12 supplied to the lower part of the sand layer part 5, air quantity of flowing air 16 and air quantity of air 17, 18 supplied to the freeboard intermediate part 3 and the freeboard upper part 4 is performed and control output of a flow rate of the fuel 12, the air quantity of the flowing air 16 and the air quantity of the supply air 17, 18 is performed. In a constrained condition where the flow rate of the fuel 12 and/or the air quantity of the flowing air 16 and the air quantity of the air 17, 18 fall within a predetermined range, model prediction control is performed by setting the respective temperatures of the freeboard intermediate part 3, the freeboard upper part 4 and the sand layer part 5 to be different target values. |
