摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic energy/electric energy interconversion element having a nano-structure.SOLUTION: The nano-structure 30 is composed by laminating a first hard magnetic layer 34, a first soft magnetic layer 35, a second hard magnetic layer 36, a second soft magnetic layer 37 and a third hard magnetic layer 38. The nano-structure includes: first and second electrodes 40, 41; a central electrode 42; a first domain wall-holding part capable of holding a domain wall between the first electrode and the central electrode of the nano-structure; and a second domain wall-holding part capable of holding a domain wall between the second electrode and the central electrode of the nano-structure. The first electrode is connected to the first hard magnetic layer, the second electrode is connected to the third hard magnetic layer, the central electrode is connected to the second hard magnetic electrode, and the first and second soft magnetic layers are formed into domain wall-holding parts each holding a domain wall. Magnetic energy of the first and second domain wall-holding parts is set smaller than that on both end sides of the nano-structure, and magnetic energy of the first domain wall-holding part is set larger than that of the second domain wall-holding part.
