The disclosed organic thin-film transistor has, at least, a gate electrode, a source electrode, a drain electrode, an insulating layer, and an organic semiconductor layer. The source electrode and/or the drain electrode comprises a conductive polyaniline composition that contains: (a) a substituted or unsubstituted polyaniline complex protonated by an organic protonic acid represented by M(XCR4(CR5 2COOR6)COOR7)p or a salt thereof; and (b) a compound containing a phenolic hydroxyl group.
