Disclosed is a laminated polyester film that has excellent adhesion to microlens layers, prism layers, and the like, and can be optimally used, for example, in optical applications such as the backlight unit of a liquid crystal display. The laminated polyester film has, on at least one side of the polyester film, a coating layer (A) comprising a urethane resin and an isocyanate compound derived from an aliphatic or alicyclic isocyanate, or a coating layer (B) comprising a urethane resin with a polycarbonate structure and an isocyanate compound.
