PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus and system, capable of determining a priority of maintenance work by providing risk levels of faults occurrence per unit of an automatic transaction device.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 100 providing information of operation conditions of a plurality of automatic transaction devices 200 includes: a unit operation frequency calculation unit 115 which calculates unit operation frequencies showing operation frequencies of individual units being replaceable units constituting the automatic transaction devices, on the basis of the numbers of transactions per transaction type in the automatic transaction devices; and a risk level calculation unit 116 which calculates risk levels, showing pause frequencies per prescribed unit operation frequency in a prescribed period, per the units on the basis of the unit operation frequencies and fault information of the automatic transaction devices. |
