PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for activating online transactions of contents including sublease transactions.SOLUTION: A content management server includes: a means for transmitting content data requested for rental; a means for receiving a sublease request for which a user requesting rental is the requester, upon an operation by another user; a means for transmitting the content data according to the sublease request received; a means for storing information about a sublease transaction matching each sublease request received, together with information about the user requesting the sublease request; a means for determining the extension of the usable period of contents existing on the user terminal requesting each sublease request, according to each piece of sublease transaction information stored; and a means for, when the usable period is extended, transmitting information about the extended usable period to the user terminal of the user having the subject content and requesting the sublease request. |
