METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MULTILAYERED FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayered film, which can prevent an aggregate of particles in interlayer and an interlayer mixing accompanying it in the multilayered film which contains particles in each layer respectively.SOLUTION: A second coating liquid 23 containing second particles 42 having a particle diameter of 1-100 nm is supplied to a first coating film 30 containing first particles 32 having a particle diameter of 1-100 nm formed by a web W running at a predetermined conveying speed. A discharge speed component V (m/s) in a first film surface vertical direction of the second coating liquid 23 is adjusted, and repulsion exceeding cohesion of the first particles 32 with the second particles 42 is given to form a multilayered structure constituted by the first coating film 30 and the second coating film 40. The multilayered structure is dried and the multilayered film having a multiple layer is manufactured.
