PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system which can suppress operation control for monitoring/managing an unspecified number of objects to be monitored from becoming more complex while suppressing usability from being affected, as well as a management device, a management unit, and a selection method for easily constituting the management system.SOLUTION: The management system 1 includes energy storage units A1-A5 containing a monitoring device 21 for monitoring a battery cell 11, and a management device 30 for recording a measurement data having been measured with the monitoring device 21 and the state information representing whether the battery cell 11 is normal. Any one of the management devices 30 of the energy storage units A1-A5 functions as a master management device 31 and transmits the state information and the measurement data about the battery cell 11 of the energy storage units A1-A5 to a high-order management system B. All management devices 30 transmit/receive a management device ID from each another for sharing, and the master management device 31 is specified based on whether a minimum management device ID among the management device IDs agrees with the management device ID. |
