PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the artifact and blur of a reconstitution image by improving the accuracy of correction by obtaining correction quantities relative to a rotary angle and a rotary center position respectively when the rotary angle and the rotary center position come off from assumed values in rotary measuring.SOLUTION: The weight to the rotary angle and the weight to the rotary center position are set, the weights are optimized by repeating reconstitution processing operation while changing the weights, objects characteristic to the reconstitution images obtained by the reconstitution processing operation are extracted, the projected images in respective detecting angles are calculated from the extracted object, the correction quantities relating to the rotary angle and the rotary center position are calculated from the difference from the practically measured projected images, and the differences from a referential parameter are corrected. |
