PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuating device from emergencies such as tsunami and flooding, etc. which can more strongly counter tsunami, etc.SOLUTION: The evacuating device from emergencies such as tsunami and flooding, etc. is provided with reinforced concrete main foundation blocks casted on a foundation at more than three points, a main underground beam which connects between such main foundation blocks, several supports fixed on the main foundation blocks in a standing manner, an evacuation stage fixed on these several supports, and a lifting means which connects between the foundation side and the evacuation stage. Subsidiary underground beams are installed in a projected manner from the points which correspond to the outer side of the evacuating device of the main foundation blocks. |
