PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent congestion of network traffic when the same processing is performed in a plurality of communication apparatuses.SOLUTION: A communication apparatus 1 stores in advance at least a part of shared data to be used by communication apparatuses 4 in cache devices 2, and each of the communication apparatuses 4 is set so as to acquire presentation material obtained from a management server 10 for storing the presentation material from a cache device 2 in a communication apparatus group to which each of the communication apparatuses 4 belongs. The communication apparatus 1 includes: a command generation part 112 which, when acquiring the data from the management server 10 and displaying the acquired data thereon, generates an operation command for instructing the communication apparatuses 4 to acquire the data from the management server 10 and display the acquired data; and a transmission control part 113 for causing the management server 10 to transmit the operation command to the communication apparatus 4.
