PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system in which a transfer/recording service for performing recording of a message, transfer of an incoming telephone call, or the like, is made possible over an IP network, and to provide a communication method.SOLUTION: Contract information 140, indicating a contractor number of a terminal contracting for utilization of a transfer/recording service, is stored in a subscriber server 1, and when a call incoming number is the contractor number, and a request signal for connection to a terminal 5b of a service contractor is transferred to an AS 2. The AS 2 refers to subscriber information 100; and when a service activity state indicates start, guidance output instruction information is transmitted to an MS 3. The MS 3 then transmits transfer guidance to the call originating terminal 5b and transfers the connection request signal to a transfer destination. |
