PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device the area of which can be increased effectively.SOLUTION: The organic light emitting display device includes a substrate body, a thin film transistor formed on the substrate body, and an organic light emitting element 70 which has a transparent electrode 710 connected to the thin film transistor for injecting electrons, an organic light emitting layer 720 formed on the transparent electrode, and a reflection electrode 730 formed on the organic light emitting layer for injecting positive holes; wherein the organic light emitting layer has an electron injection part 724 including a metal layer for electron injection 7243, an electron injection layer 7241, and a dipole layer for electron injection 7242 and formed on the transparent electrode, and a light-emitting part 721 formed on the electron injection part. |
